Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by Oakbridge Greenhouse, a Utah family greenhouse business. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy

Ordering & Custom Planters

We specialize in custom container gardening, geranium planters, hanging baskets, and related nursery products. Custom orders may require you to provide your own containers (“drop-off pots”) or select from available inventory. Plant selections, colors, and layouts are subject to seasonal availability.

You are responsible for providing accurate order details, including planter dimensions, sun or shade preferences, and delivery information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled safely or within our seasonal capacity, with a refund of amounts paid for unfulfilled portions where applicable.

Custom planting is a living product. Growth, bloom timing, and appearance may vary based on weather, care after delivery, and natural plant characteristics.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed at checkout or quoted in-store and may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Taxes, delivery fees, and applicable surcharges will be shown before you complete payment.

Payment is due according to the method selected at checkout or as agreed for in-store orders. We use third-party payment processors; by paying, you agree to their terms. Failed or declined payments may delay or cancel fulfillment.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is offered within our designated service area and is subject to scheduling, weather, road conditions, and trailer or crew availability. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

You must provide a safe, accessible delivery location. If our crew cannot complete delivery due to access issues, incorrect address, or absence of an authorized recipient where required, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.

Risk of loss for delivered plants passes to you upon placement at the delivery location unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are living plants and often custom-planted to your specifications, all sales are generally final once planting has begun or plants have left our care, except as required by law or as we determine appropriate for documented quality issues reported promptly.

If you receive damaged plants or an incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos where possible. We will work with you on replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-plant hard goods may be returnable if unused and in original condition, subject to restocking fees where posted.

User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and design—is owned by Oakbridge Greenhouse or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Plant performance after delivery depends on care, weather, and environment beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

General

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. See our Legal Policies page for related documents.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
